Perfetta casa mare - montagna

casa perfetta per le vacanze tra mare e montagna. Situata in una posizione centrale per visitare il nord ovest della Corsica . Arredata benissimo e con tutti i comfort circondata dal verde e il silenzio totale. Ottima connessione Wi-Fi. Grazie a Yves e alla sua famiglia abbiamo passato 1 splendida settimana.

Très belle maison en pleine nature

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison au milieu des eucalyptus et des orangers. Le lieu est très calme. La maison, très propre, est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont des hôtes attentifs, discrets et disponibles.

MAISON AU CALME ET SEJOUR AGREABLE

Séjour agréable et reposant, dans une maison en pleine nature avec un accueil chaleureux de Newlove, Yves et leurs enfants. Maison spacieuse avec tout le confort (glacière, drap de plage, sac à dos). Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances avec nos amis et nous y retournerons. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour les légumes, fruits et miel qui sont délicieux. VIVE LA CORSE

Comme a la maison !!!

Havre de paix au milieu des orangers et des eucalyptus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sous la bienveillance de Yves et newlove. Les propriétaires se mettent en 4 pour satisfaire chacun de nos besoins avec beaucoup de generosite : présents à l'arrivee, serviettes de plage, glacières, eaux fraîches minérales au frigo a l'arrivée.... Que d'attentions !!!! Grands et petits en furent ravis. Merci pour tout. Location à ne pas manquer

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung auf der Bio-Imkerei

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern Anfang September 2014 in dem sehr großzügigen, sehr schönen Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Calvi. Der Besitzer selbst ist korsischer Franzose, seine Frau ist Britin. Sie leben hauptsächlich von ihrer Bio-Imkerei - die Bienenstöcke sind im Sommer in den korsischen Bergen. Die Lage mit Blick auf die Gebirgszüge ist traumhaft. Vom Flughafen von Calvi in der Nähe bekommt man nichts mit. Zum Strand und nach Calvi sind es mit dem Auto jeweils ca. 10-15 Minuten, in die wirklich spektakulären Berge auch nur 20 Minuten - die perfekte Ausgangsposition für einen Wander- und Strandurlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist das (Winter-) Wohnhaus der Besitzers. Sie ziehen im Sommer in den Anbau der Imkerei um und vermieten ihre Wohnung, da die Imkerei in den letzten Jahren nicht mehr genug Geld abgeworfen hat. Dadurch dass es sich um ihr eigenes Wohnhaus handelt ist es in wirklich extrem gutem Zustand, viel besser als man es von einer Ferienwohnung erwarten würde - Holzböden, schöne Möbel, gute Betten, gute Kücheneinrichtung. Das Haus wurde vom Besitzer selbst ausgebaut mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung so wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist groß und teilweise verwildert, perfekt für unsere Tochter zum Spielen. Es gibt keinen Pool - der würde da aber auch nicht hinpassen. Die Wohnung war perfekt gereinigt als wir kamen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und wir haben viel über das Imkern gelernt.

Confortable et spacieuse. L'accueil est exemplaire

Le calme à quelques minutes de Calvi mais également à proximité de très belles randonnées comme à Bonifato. Les propriétaires font le maximum pour rendre le séjour agréable, leur présence à proximité est des plus discrète. La maison est parfaitement équipée et confortable. Le "parc" est sauvage et authentique.

Le repos absolu dans un cadre naturel !!

Nous avons passé une semaine extra en famille (6 adultes et 3 enfants de 2 à 4 ans) dans cette superbe maison refaite à neuf avec beaucoup de goût par les propriétaires !! Tout confort, chacun avait son espace : 2 chambres du bas pour une des familles (avec 2 enfants) et les 2 chambres du haut pour les 2 autres familles (avec 1 enfant), c'était vraiment très appréciable. La grande cuisine tout équipée a permis aux fins cuisiniers que nous sommes de s'en donner à coeur joie (merci Yves pour les couteaux supplémentaires) ! Etant partisants des locations saisonnières, nous avons également été très agréablement surpris par tout le matériel/jeux pour enfants ou de loisir mis à disposition par le propriétaire (c'est loin d'être toujours le cas), ça nous a permis d'alléger considérablement nos valises et de ramener de la bonne charcuterie corse ! Un dernier détail qui a son importance (parce que c'était une de nos inquiétudes), nous n'avons entendu aucun avion provenant ou atterrissant à l'aéroport de Calvi malgré la proximité, le calme absolu ! En effet la maison est parfaitement située dans les terres et n'est pas sur la trajectoire des avions (Yves nous avait a raison rassuré sur ce point). Encore un grand merci Yves, Newlov pour votre gentillesse et pour nous avoir "choyés" pendant notre séjour. Au plaisir de vous revoir tous les deux ainsi que vos adorables filles ! A très bientôt Julie, Sébastien, Géraldine, Jérémy, Monique, Michel et les enfants.

Un séjour plein de chaleur

Très facile à trouver du fait que le propriétaire donne rendez vous pour conduire à la location. Maison belle grande et très propre avec une décoration pleine de goût. Nous y avons trouvé tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un séjour magnifique. Que dire de l'accueil! Des propriétaires qui ne savent plus comment faire pour rendre agréable le séjour : du miel de la production, des légumes du jardin, des conseils sur les meilleurs endroits du coin et nous en passons bien d'autres. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location exceptionnelle.

Agréable séjour au cœur des Eucalyptus.

Au calme absolu, même les avions sont forts discrets ! La maison est très agréable, spacieuse et aménagée avec soins. Nous étions 4 adultes, 4 enfants et un bébé. Un environnement sauvage au milieu des bambous, pamplemoussiers, citronniers et autres palmiers fut un dépaysement pour nous-autres citadins. Bien situé, à la fois proche de Calvi, de nombreuses plages dans un rayon de 5 à 15 km, un arrière pays (Lumio, Bonifato,…) à proximité nous ont permis de varier les plaisirs. Pour finir, l’accueil des propriétaires Newlov et Yves, fut charmant et attentionné. Nous avons largement profité des légumes et fruits du jardin ainsi que du miel maison (un délice !). Ils font en sorte de rendre le séjour encore plus agréable (jouets pour les enfants, matériel de plage, de pique-nique, wifi, …) : le petit plus qui séduit forcement ! Un très bon souvenir …

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Le cadre est véritablement dépaysant. La maison très soignée. Nous étions 3 couples avec 5 enfants entre 2 et 6 ans et il y avait de la place pour tout le monde. Les enfants se sont régalés dans le jardin entourant la maison. Yves et New Loves on été de toutes les attention avec nous (légumes, conseil, cadeaux de bien venu) ce couple fait tout pour que votre séjour soit des plus agréable. Une location que je conseille vivement pour un séjour réussi dans la région de Calvi.

un excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison proche de la montagne et de la mer (2 couples avec 4 enfants au total). La maison est très bien équipée, mais aussi spacieuse et agréable à vivre aussi bien à l'intérieur que sur les terrasses extérieures. Le jardin a été un grand bonheur pour les enfants (cabanes, foot, ping pong, chasse au trèsor,...) Yves le propriétaire et sa femme font en sorte que le séjour soit des meilleurs; Quelle bonne suprise à notre arrivée le 14/07/12: miel, bouteille de rosé corse, pain et beurre, mais aussi légumes et fruits du jardin. Et ce n'est pas tout, Yves à toujours de bonnes adresses pour se balader (le fango) ou manger (calenzana). Pour information, la proximité de l'aéroport (environ 3 kms) ne génére pas de nuisance. A refaire...

Paradise

Wonderful romantic and quiet place surrounded by eucalyptus wood with 3 terraces facing breathtaking mountain view. The house is very well equipped and very tastefully furnished.It creates very pleasant atmosphere. It invites one to stay in and even to resist the temptation of near Calvi or Galleria. Its very spacious with 4 bedrooms and a living room in the colonial style. The kitchen has a great window to small bamboo grove and offer all thinkable comfort with all sorts of electric appliances. We must have admitted not to have all these at home. The location is next to Calvi and Calvi airport, what might have been a problem but in the whole week we have seen only couple of planes and heard none. We loved the privacy and also the vicinity of mountains where one can take a refreshing bath in a small river pool after a beautiful hike. We have agreed that our holidays were truly wonderful also thanks the very dedicated and careful proprietor who was a great help with all the local tips and hints helping us to find the best what the place had offered. Thank you Yves and Newlov for our great holidays and for the best honey. We are looking forward to coming back again
