All bedrooms are air-conditioned and ensuite, spread across three floors, with lift access.

Airbnb currently allows guests to enter a maximum of 16 guests when searching. If your group is larger than 16, simply message us with your exact number of guests before booking and we will confirm the arrangement and pricing for you.

The 12 bedrooms included in your booking are for your exclusive use. The remaining bedrooms are kept locked and are not occupied by other guests.

Want meals prepared at the villa? Our in-house chef can prepare Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cuisine.

Lunch/Dinner: ₹4,000 for up to 24 guests
Additional guests: ₹200 per person

Ingredients are charged separately and purchased locally, with bills provided the same day.
Meal timings:
Breakfast: 8–10am
Lunch: 12–2pm
Dinner: 8–10pm

Chef service should be booked within 24 hours of reserving the villa, subject to availability.

🍽️ *Kitchen Facility:*
The commercial kitchen is reserved exclusively for our in-house chefs. Self-cooking and outside caterers are not permitted.

Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible depending on availability and is chargeable.

Noise
Quiet hours are 9pm–9am.
Please note that loud music, fireworks and excessive noise are not permitted during these hours.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas such as the garden or balcony.
