From here you can walk either side of the beach belt, to Candolim or Baga or beyond! Our cozy, stylish and homely villa has 10 bedrooms! It is ideal for 20-31 people. For a group getaway that’s close to the entertainment strip this house is perfect.

☆ Villa Calangute Phase 1 & 2 are two separate villas located on the same plot with a private swimming pool in the middle. Phase 1 is a 4BHK Villa whereas Phase 2 is a 6BHK Villa, resulting in a combination of 10 bedrooms.

☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.

☆ This villa is 2 min walk (200 mtrs) to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 10 AC bedrooms & 8 bathrooms with Private swimming pool + Pool table + Foosball Game Table + Carrom board. Free WiFi with 30-50 mbps speed.

☆ Villa has 6 king-size beds & 9 single beds (one room has 3 single beds): On request, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed. Can Cater up to 31 people, with extra mattresses, extra cost applies, please confirm total number of people.

☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.

☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 4 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site).

☆ Parking is compounded for 4 Cars.
