"We chose this hotel because it wasn't in the city (Palma). Though a 30-minute drive from the airport, it was well worth it. The property is beautiful. The room was well maintained, comfortable and spacious.
The staff we met at reception, in the outdoor restaurant and cleaning our rooms were always very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast offered a very wide choice of food options.
Children enjoyed the play area.
Didn’t like the very busy and crowded family swimming pool.

"This place was incredible. Not sure why some people comment negatively about it. Pools are lovely, the rooms were cleaned every day except Thursdays and Sundays which was never an issue. Yes, the rooms are not as fancy as the sister hotel, but that hotel just had a renovations. We will come back again to the same property . The location is the best. Seriously cannot fault anything. "
