"All communication with Tanja was great with speedy replies and helpful information. The apartment is well looked after and has clean, fresh linens. Balcony is a good size and plenty of room for 4 of us! The people watching opportunities from the balcony vantage point were great! "Refurbishment of hotel and room superb. Only problem lift not working , same in other blocks. Never saw anyonevtrying to fix them we with a baby in a pram in our party and on 3rd floor so hard work. Pools are cold even in Drago land, sea was warmer !! Entertainment very good. We have been on numerous occassiobs and updating of Esmeralda park is to a very high standard. "
