"Simply the most incredible VRBO we have ever stayed in. Tina’s apartment on the cliffs of Sitges, Spain felt like being in a castle. The balconies and the views of the sea were spectacular. The apartment was spotless and had every amenity that we needed. Tina was superb at communication throughout our entire stay. Arturo and she are both kind and gracious hosts. It’s just a short walk or taxi ride into the beautiful city of Sitges. 10/10!!!"

"Staying at this accommodation was Amazing !The Romantic Duplex is stunning and the views simply gorgeous, incredibly comfortable place of a very high standard.Ramon was a delightful host, very helpful and friendly and always available if we needed any guidance or information about the area. You can stay here and visit Barcelona in an hour or so.We were able to swim in the sea in April. Water was clear and refreshing. We will be back ! Thank you Ramon."

"They gave us the wrong room an we walked into a room with other hotel guests. The hotel refused to compensate, it’s not there policy I am told(despite also having no AC, a broken cupboard door, no iron, an a few other negatives which I won’t mention on a review out of respect to 4-5 staff who were okay)"

"We had a lovely stay at Núria and Pilar’s place in Garraf. The apartment was perfect - spacious and with a lovely sunny roof terrace. It was very well-equipped with everything you mind need on holiday (including generous supplies of basic things like dishwasher tablets and laundry liquid, which is so helpful). The location is great and close to everything (the village is very small) but easy to get to Barcelona or Sitges on the frequent trains. Núria was so kind and met us on arrival (even though it was very late at night), showed us around, and gave us lots of good advice. She also helped us book a taxi to the airport and came to see us leave. Very much recommended and we’d love to come back."

"All of our luggage, wallets and passports were stolen at check in. We were in the condo for eight minutes and the thieves broke our rental car window and stole all of our luggage and identification. Angela was helpful in filing a police report and our money was promptly refunded as we didn’t feel safe staying in the unit. "

"This is a very mixed review of Marina Duplex by Hello Homes Sitges. Bottom line - I would not recommend.The location of the unit is good. The views are excellent. The layout is very functional. There is a good deal of train noise. The support from Hello Homes is poor.Here are some additional details. There is a beach very close to the unit. The beach has a nice bar with food available at times. The location is a bit of a walk from the main area of Sitges. It is also a long walk from the train station and from a grocery store. The unit has amazing views. The pool is really nice.The layout is bedrooms on the lower level and main room, kitchen, and patio are on the upper level. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level with the bedrooms. One of the bathrooms is connected to one of the bedrooms (kind of the master).The booking and contact with Hello Homes was good. They arranged for transportation from the hotel to the unit, and back.BUT, we had a problem with one of the showers. No hot water. It took three days and two visits to get this fixed. During this time, we had six people and only one shower. It was incredibly frustrating to get this fixed. The first time someone came we were told that it was fixed. It was not. I had to send a video to prove it. There was no proactivity on Hello Homes' part to get this fixed, and no recognition that we paid for a unit with two bathrooms and yet were only able to use one."
