"The hotel is in a great location. Our room was nice and spacious with a terrace to go outside and see the ocean. The staff is very friendly. Everyone we saw greeted us and smiled at us. Kevin at reception went above and beyond. He always has a smile for every guest. He helped us rent a car. Car was delivered to hotel. Super great service. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one."

"Wow couldn’t fault this hotel (apart from a windy pool as elevated but says a lot that even this couldn’t put me off returning!) Nothing was too much trouble. Staff a dream to deal with. Room was ready on arrival with gorgeous finishing touches like pillow spray, robes, slippers, welcome chocolates, water replaced everyday. Late check out organised with zero issues - so refreshing! Superb location minutes from shops, restaurants and the beach which is a great alternative to the pool. Outstanding room views. Breakfast was out of this world - so much choice. Would 100% recommend! "

"Rooms were large. Breakfast was great, however, for a 5 star hotel, not having a proper coffee machine in the room (powdered coffee and kettle provided, breakfast starts at 8 am) is not acceptable. Furthrmore, wifi in the rooms was so weak and poor, could not log in (had to go to reception to do so), and then could not upload normal apps like IG. Hotel reception were aware of this problem, so ongoing for a while. Also could not watch Netflix on iPad. TVs in the room are not smart TVs, not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Staff were all friendly and pleasant though. Would not stay here again. "
