"The check in was fast. There was a bit of a problem with a light in my bathroom in 405 when I arrived, the light did not work properly. "We have language barrier with the front desk staff. They don't speak & understand English. We need to climbed up stairs until we reached 3rd floor even though I have difficulties in walking. I already made a request beforehand to have a room with no upstairs & long walked because of my walking condition. ..."
