Summary:

On the leafy edge of Cairns North, this third-level apartment opens onto a private terrace overlooking the palms and lush resort gardens below. Bright, contemporary interiors blend tropical styling with easy open-plan living, while the Botanic Gardens, Edge Hill cafés, the Esplanade and the city centre are all just minutes away. When you feel like slowing the pace, slip between four tropical pools, a tennis court and a poolside café, all tucked within the resort grounds.



The Space:

Accessed via stairs only, this elevated apartment sits above the resort gardens with wide outlooks and a breezy, open flow. Days here settle into an easy tropical rhythm: slow mornings on the terrace, afternoons cooling off in the resort pools, and evenings stretched out on the lounge with the louvres open to the breeze.



The open-plan living area forms the heart of the apartment, with comfortable sofas, ceiling fans and a TV for quiet nights in. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for longer self-catered stays, featuring a gas cooktop, full-size oven, dishwasher and all the cookware needed to properly settle in. Meals move naturally between the indoor dining table and the covered terrace beyond, where outdoor lounge seating and alfresco dining overlook the palms and gardens below.



The first bedroom offers a queen bed, while the second can be arranged as either two king singles or a king bed on request, giving flexibility for families or friends travelling together. In the bathroom, twin basins and a shower-over-bath setup make mornings easy, while a separate internal laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A porta cot and high chair are also available on request for those travelling with little ones.



Beyond the apartment, the resort grounds encourage slow days spent outdoors, with access to four swimming pools, including a lap pool and spa pool, a lit tennis court with racquets and balls provided, a basketball hoop, a toddler playground and eleven acres of landscaped tropical gardens. Mackenzie's Café & Bar sits conveniently on site, and parking is included for one car.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Guests also have access to four swimming pools, including a lap pool and spa pool, a lit tennis court, a basketball hoop, a toddler playground, complimentary BBQ areas, Mackenzie’s Café & Bar, and eleven acres of landscaped tropical gardens beside the Cairns Botanic Gardens. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Cairns North sits between the airport and the city, with the best of Edge Hill's café strip a short stroll away. The Cairns Botanic Gardens is the local treasure right on the doorstep, with rainforest walks, the Flecker Garden and a small visitor café that pours one of the better flat whites in town. Behind it, Centenary Lakes and the Mount Whitfield walking tracks reward an early start before the heat builds. The city, Esplanade lagoon and Reef terminals are five minutes by car, with the airport closer still for fuss-free arrivals.

Our linen is hotel-quality and professionally cleaned. Each guest is provided 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel. Additionally, we have bath mats, hand towels, and face washers. Please be sure to register the correct number of guests to ensure our linen provision suits your needs.

Nice apartment

Nice apartment and grounds overall. The gated community is quite nice and well maintained but starting to show its age overall. Pools are clean and neat, residents are friendly and the local restaurant (Taste of Thai) is exceptional and very welcoming for young families. It is well positioned away from the city centre (5 minute drive) but still close enough to easily access everything.
