We proudly present the latest addition to Tree House Lodge’s collection of imaginative houses, The School Bus. Edsart (owner of the lodge) has up-cycled this 1980-era school bus he traveled in throughout Panama, re-purposing it into a visually stimulating creative space nestled in lush garden, at once inspiring and relaxing.

Enjoy this truly unique environment to call home as you explore the South Caribbean, relax in the hammock or stretch out on the lounge chairs on the terrace, taking in the sound of the waves and calls of tropical birds, and the rich blend of colors of the garden mixed with the familiar school bus yellow.

Perfect for couples or families of 3 or 4, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, air-conditioning, and spacious bathroom and shower; and the sofa bed in the living room right in the heart of the bus is perfect for a third and fourth guest.

The fully-equipped kitchen looking out on the garden is the perfect place to get the day going or wind down with dinner and drinks in an environment that’s retro, modern, and immersed in nature all at the same time.

The School bus is one of seven open-air houses hidden away in the nature, steps from the white sands of Punta Uva beach. At the Tree House Lodge You’ll enjoy all the luxuries of an ecolodge with a friendly personalized touch.
