The house has 3 bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a queen bed and a private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms have double beds with a shared bathroom. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Additionally, the house has a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. The entire house is on a single level, making it easily accessible. If this occurs, the MANAGER reserves the right to cancel the guest’s reservation and require them to leave the property immediately. \- Keys: When not in the house, keys must always remain in the designated guest key box with the code hidden. In case of key loss, a fee of $150 will be charged for lock replacement. \- Additional Services: All additional services (massages, bike rentals, tours of any kind, cooking service, etc.) must be paid at the time of requesting the service. \- Noise Restrictions: Noise levels must not exceed 60 decibels throughout the day, in accordance with noise regulations for residential areas in Costa Rica.
