  • Villas Mar Adentro is located RIGHT on the beach at Play Negra. Enjoy the garden and the beach; the apartment is fully equipped and features air conditioning in the bedroom, all in a quiet and beautiful setting near city centre Puerto Viejo. It’s the perfect place to relax while watching the waves and enjoying the tropical Caribbean breeze from a hammock. The host will always be available to assist you with whatever you need. Second-floor apartment. Fenced garden, laundry facilities, and bicycles available

    The garden and beach access are shared. If you rent only one of the floors, there may be guests on the other floor. The host lives in a separate house on the property.

    The property is easily accessible by any type of vehicle.
    Bicycles are the locals’ favourite mode of transport; with them, you’ll be able to explore practically the entire surrounding area. There are 2 bicycles available. Private parking is available.

    - The property is enclosed by a fence.
    - Laundry service $10 USD per load.
    - Bicycle rentals $5 USD per day.
    - We are located 200 metres from the police station, bus stop, Minisuper SK, medical clinic, and motorcycle rental.

    Long-Term Terms (+2 Weeks):

    • Electricity Usage: An additional charge will be applied for excessive electricity usage based on the electricity bill.
    • Additional supplies such as toilet paper, bags, soap, etc., are not included.
    • Fresh sheets and towels will be provided every week.
    • Cleaning service is not included. You can ask the host to schedule the day and time for cleaning the apartment for an additional fee of $ $15 (Estimated duration: 2 hours).
