Best kitchen I’ve seen at any hostel worldwide. Community vibes and enough away from the center to get a good nights sleep (though a new mattress would help!)

Despite not falling in love with the place I did extend my stay. The beds were comfy, kitchen facilities were good, WiFi good & the location was great. They have events on daily which is great & everyone staying there was friendly. It felt like a nice vibe, like a sisterhood almost. The showers were good & never had any issues with availability. I would say though that it wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked or expected. It constantly looked like it needed a tidy or clean around with bits generally just being a bit messy. Although there was a yoga space I wouldn’t have used the mats or the gym balls for my practice.

I truly enjoyed my stay at La Tribu. I would recommend it to any woman looking to have an enriching experience. I met so many girls from all around the world and the activities were so fun. I loved the girly aesthetic and it was very clean. I was a bit taken aback from the surrounding area, but apart from that I felt really safe. 10/10 I’m considering to come back again.

Stuff is really rude. The volounteer are really nice and the girls staying there too. I would recommand this place only if you plan to stay for a few days because otherwise it become really unpleaseant because of the staff vibe.

Was tucked away on a side street that had someone follow us so be aware but other than that the property itself is safe and well kept. Had activities every night and had everything we needed.

Solo trip

Place is great, welcoming and convenient for walking. No hot water the entire time is the only downside.

Meh

My room was as bare-bones as it can get. The shared bathroom was not a problem whatsover, but the room lacked basic conveniences. There was nowhere to hang anything, not even a simple hook on the door. No mirror, either. I dropped a towel on the floor in my room and when I picked it up, there was a large tangle of hair clinging to it that was clearly not my own. The walls are paper thin and I could clearly hear conversations in the next room. The commune area seemed nice and well equipped.
