9. Use of Gardens: - Urinating or making fire in the gardens is not permitted.
10. Guest Responsibility: - The guest must safeguard the property and all items within it.
11. Property Security: - The house must be locked when leaving for the beach, dining, shopping, or any other activity.
12. Energy Saving and Safety: - Lights, fans, air conditioning, and the stove or grill must be turned off when not in use.
13. Substance Use: - The consumption of narcotics or any other substances that alter the normal functions of the body, mind, or behavior is **NOT** permitted. - If this occurs, the ADMINISTRATOR reserves the right to cancel the guest`s reservation and require immediate departure from the property.
14. Keys: - When not in the house, the keys must always remain in the guest key box, with the code concealed. - In case of key loss, a fee of $150 will be charged for lock replacement.
15. Additional Services: - All additional services (massages, bicycle rentals, any type of tours, cooking services, etc.) must be paid at the time of service request.
16. Noise Restrictions: - The noise level must not exceed 60 decibels throughout the day, in accordance with noise regulations for residential areas in Costa Rica. - For example, playing loud music, hosting parties, or engaging in loud conversations that exceed this limit is not permitted.
