The Space:

Caribbean Courtyard Villa is a contemporary retreat in the Caribbean jungle, located just 900 meters from Playa Chiquita and close to Puerto Viejo. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, a private bathroom, a private terrace, and large windows that let you enjoy the surrounding nature. The bathrooms are semi-open, with a door that opens directly to the outdoors, offering a unique experience.

The bedrooms are carefully arranged to be reserved as follows:



2 bedrooms for 1–4 guests. (Available only on specific dates)



3 bedrooms for 6 guests.



4 bedrooms for 7–8 guests.



5 bedrooms for 9–10 guests.



The social area includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a dining table for 10, and a lounge with a projector, Apple TV, and Google Chromecast. The entire space opens to the outdoors with floor-to-ceiling glass doors, connecting to the advanced saltwater pool system and the yoga deck. The gardens are filled with tropical fruit trees that enhance the eco-friendly atmosphere.



Your reservation includes our concierge service, available to assist with arranging tours, massages, private yoga classes, private chef service, transportation, and much more to elevate your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire villa, ensuring complete privacy during their stay. This includes a private terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, an advanced saltwater pool, a yoga deck, and the convenience of a washer and dryer. All amenities are available for personal use and enjoyment.

The villas are distributed as follows:



2 bedrooms for 1-4 guests. (Available only on specific dates.)

3 bedrooms for 6 guests.

4 bedrooms for 7 to 8 guests.

5 bedrooms for 9 to 10 guests.



The Neighborhood:

Playa Chiquita is a charming beach neighborhood located just minutes from Puerto Viejo de Limón. It’s known for its relaxed Caribbean vibe, excellent restaurants, and boutique shops. From here, you can easily explore the beautiful beaches of the area by bike or on foot, enjoying a scenic walk that can take you all the way to Puerto Viejo or Manzanillo.



A small gourmet-style supermarket is located just 500 meters away, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach in Playa Chiquita is usually quiet during weekdays and features natural tide pools and wide sandy areas—perfect for sunbathing, reading a book, or refreshing yourself in the crystal-clear water.



Getting Around:

The fastest way to get around is undoubtedly by car, but a bike ride will give you the true Caribbean experience. You can also get around by tuk-tuk (maximum two people per vehicle). If you want to rent a car, ask for our special agency link to get an additional driver for free and special seasonal prices when available. Nearby restaurants can be visited on foot. Remember to bring a flashlight if you go out at night. The entrance road is lit, but sometimes the plants block the light—it's part of living in the tropics. Remember to wear reflective clothing when you go out at night with your bikes.

Interaction with Guests:

We prefer to do an in-person check-in so we can personally show guests how to use the house and provide all necessary details. After this, we remain available via phone for any questions or assistance. If guests arrive late, we send a video with check-in instructions, including the address and a link to Waze or Google Maps for easy navigation.
