Le propriétaire se garde bien de montrer sur les photos toutes les façades de la maison, et pour cause puisqu’elles sont en piteux état. Jardin partagé avec les propriétaires et le gardien qui ne se gêne pas pour venir avec un gros tracteur tondre le jardin en plein milieu de l’après-midi alors que les propriétaires nous avaient affirmé que le jardin devant la maison était à usage exclusif. Aucune chambre au rez-de-chaussée ; escaliers étroits et en colimaçon absolument pas praticables pour des personnes âgées, alors que les propriétaires nous ont affirmé le contraire. De même, l’annonce ne précise pas que la maison bien que louée pour 14 personnes ne dispose que d’une place de parking qui est hors de la propriété, dans la rue. Le propriétaire refusant l’accès au terrain pour garer les autres véhicules, nous avons dû garer les autres voitures à 200 mètres devant d’autres maisons. Nous n’aurions certainement pas loué cette maison si nous avions su cela… Cette information devrait être indiquée dans l’annonce car les photos montrant le grand terrain sont trompeuses et laissent suggérer que l’on dispose de suffisamment de place pour garer les véhicules… Maison assez grande mais très sale : à notre arrivée, elle était infestée de mouches et nous avons dû acheter et accrocher des attrape mouches partout dans la maison. Mobilier vieillot et fait de bric et de broc (meubles et ustensiles de cuisine sans aucun doute de récup). Pas assez de casseroles, plats, brocs…. Réfrigérateur fonctionnant très mal (ne rafraichit pas les boissons ou givre les fruits et légumes) et trop petit (pour 4 personnes tout au plus). Four et barbecue sales, machine à café vieille et sale, micro-ondes jauni et sale (rien à voir avec celui figurant sur les photos). Mobilier de jardin parsemé d’excréments d’oiseaux le rendant inutilisable à moins de le nettoyer soi-même ; parasols déchirés et déjà cassés et rafistolés à plusieurs endroits. La poubelle devant la maison ne peut contenir que 2 sacs tout au plus et n’est vidée que les lundis (ingérable pour les locations de samedi à samedi). Si vous tentez de mettre vos sacs poubelles dans la poubelle du gardien juste à côté, il la vide devant la maison comme s’il s’agissait d’une décharge. Nous étions avec des personnes âgées et notre expérience a été pénible et très négative. Nous ne conseillons pas cette location. ##### B S. Das Haus liegt mitten im Grünen, keine Häuser oder Straße zu sehen. Am Ende der großen Wiese fließt ein Fluss, die Grünanlagen erinnern an herrschaftliche Parkanlagen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr stilvoll, das Haus wurde ganz schlicht renoviert. Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir zufrieden. Die Ausstattung in der Küche und in den Wohnräumen ist ausreichend für min. 13 Personen, fast jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Dusche+Waschbecken. Hier ist es wirklich eingeplant, dass viele Gäste ohne Abstriche zusammen Urlaub machen können! Die Kommunikation mit der Hausherrin war immer freundlich und herzlich, eine tolle Bekanntschaft! Zum Meer ist es ca 1h mit dem Auto, kleinere charmante Dörfer und der tolle Aussichtspunkt über das Tal sind mit einer kurzen Autofahrt von ca 15min zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es einen tollen Bäcker und Biomarkt. Wir können sowohl diese Region als auch - im Besonderen - die Orangerie von Bénédicte nur empfehlen! ##### Jakob E.
