As always we enjoyed our stay in Lotus blue hotel. Staff are always kind and helpful, room clean, very comfy bed, amenities always there for your immediate needs. SM mall is just a few walks away, where lots of choices of restaurants . Transportation is accessible. Will always be coming back, it’s our home away from home.

Everything’s fine. It would be nice if they have an elevator since going up and down especially for older people is tiresome.

Be aware only that they might give you a room with a suffocating drainage smell bathroom. Doesn't have big towels, needed to request. Guest Service was helpful when planned to stay another night and they gave me a better room. A variety of breakfast was fine, staffs were attentive, comfy place and easy access to city.

This was a great place to be based in Legazpi with a lovely outdoor pool that was warm thanks to some very sunny days. Our room looked out on the main road but this was in no way a problem and was not noisey. All the staff were warm and friendly, especially Callie who was always on duty in reception. She’s a little dog who quite happily sits on the reception desk greeting visitors. If you feel you want a change from the hotel food (which was good) you can order in from Grab but there is a charge...

The staff were amazing! Super accommodating. The rooms are in good condition and the restaurant has a good portion size with affordable prices. Thank you to Sir Darryl, Maam Jean, Sir Jerome, Sir Rodrigo and to all the staff who attended to us who I failed to mention. More power!

Lovely staff at the front desk and a charming security chap opening the door. Good breakfast with a voice of local cuisine, as well as cereals, bread etc. Extremely good value.

Excellent location near to Tabaco town centre and port. Very comfortable air conditioned room and attentive staff. There was a problem with the ensuite wet room, which floods when using the shower because the water does not flow towards the drain. Staff provided a squeegee and mat to alleviate the problem.

I stayed in 4 different hotels including a Lower Penthouse apartment during my holiday in the Philippines and I can honestly say Ninong's was by far the best. The room was good, clean and spacious, the pool was very good, fabulous for a night time swim but the breakfast blew me away, tons of choices something for everyone and it was hot, unlike many places where it's barley warm. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was not perfect was the tv, could'nt get it to work...
