Perfectly situated nestled between mountains and coast in the quiet village of Talysarn on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park.. 1 step to entrance.

You’re greeted by a spacious semi-detached cottage surrounded by countryside views. There’s an open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped for your stay, dining and living area, along with shower room. On the first floor is a spacious double bedroom. There are walking opportunities from the door, and historic Caernarfon is close by with its impressive castle and fine selection of pubs, shops and restaurants; it is also the start of the Welsh Highland Railway for scenic journeys into the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. Perfect for a romantic break away. A drive eastwards from the cottage through the Nantlle Valley takes you to Rhyd Ddu, the starting point of one of the footpaths to Snowdon and also a station on the Welsh Highland Railway. Beaches just down the road such as the award wining Dinas Dinlle. The Llŷn Peninsula is within easy reach, as is the beautiful isle of Anglesey.

#### The location of the cottage was excellent, ideal for visiting all the places we wanted to go.

The location of the cottage was excellent, ideal for visiting all the places we wanted to go.The cottage itself was perfectly comfortable as a base, though a little smaller than we were expecting: it was described as spacious, which it certainly isn’t!Could have done with a little more information from the owner about recycling, use of water heater and local amenities generally. Oh and a shower mat!
