(681 reviews) It was very lovely to stay in the dog-friendly hotel in a quiet location. The room was relatively small, and during the night, we suddenly heard noises from the drains. They were pretty noisy, and the room was dog-friendly. Staff members were helpful and friendly, but some did not say hello or good morning and did not even look at guests. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed dinner and breakfast. We saw the lovely garden from the restaurant. The swimming pool and gym were not big, but they were lovely. Massages were fully booked when we were there. I should’ve booked earlier. Overall, we had a great time there. (25 reviews) No parking outside the property so a £9 extra in a car park 200 yards away, after struggling with bags and a dog with no help by the staff behind reception as he was too busy on his phone on a call, got to my room and the only shelf in the small room was broken, the maintenance guy came and said it's been broken for ages, not good all this at the start of a new season, the room was cold as the small radiator didn't warm it...the following morning the girls manning reception were both spot on plus the breakfast food and coffee was delicious.
