We are offering this charming flat for rent in the town of Caen. Situated in the private courtyard of a house, it measures 32 m² and can accommodate 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 18 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 200 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed, armchair and dining area.
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob and filter coffee machine…
- A bedroom with one double bed (140×190) and a desk.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outdoors:
- Enjoy a beautiful, fully enclosed and secure 200 m² garden, facing south, ideal for pets, with garden furniture provided for your moments of relaxation.
- A pétanque court with a set of boules provided
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board.

The flat is ideally situated in Caen, in a very pleasant setting within a residential neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and the ‘Le Lux’ cinema (50 m away)...

Things to do:
Come and discover the city of Caen, the city of the Dukes of Normandy. Designated a ‘City of Art and History’, the city has managed to preserve its architectural heritage despite the bombing raids of June 1944. William the Conqueror’s castle, the Abbaye-aux-Hommes, the Abbaye-aux-Dames, the Normandy Museum, as well as the shows and concerts held in the city, make up a rich cultural offering. Let’s not forget the Caen Memorial, a unique place for reflection on conflict and peacekeeping.
The “Le Lux” cinema, just a stone’s throw from the accommodation, occasionally hosts themed evenings as well as various events throughout the year.
You can also enjoy a large, leafy park just 30 metres from the accommodation.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.
