"This is the WORST property I have ever stayed with - the room was incredibly filthy. We were the only guests in the lobby, and the girl at the front desk (who was incapable of eye contact) initially said she could not find our (pre-paid) reservation, then said they were full - and after almost 30 minutes, finally got the maintenence man to show her how to check us in. I had booked a suite, and was not given the correct room. We would've gone somewhere else, but it was already quite late and we only had a few hours to rest before leaving for an early flight. It was so disgusting, my son and I both slept in our jeans on towels on top of the beds. Neither of us showered because we both felt that exposure to that bathroom would only make us dirtier. The sink was gross. The lamp outlet had what appeared to be boogers wiped on it. The carpet was gross. The room had not been vacuumed. There was crust all down the sides of the nightstands, a brown ring on the tub, and what looked like pubic hair all over the shower sides and toilet lid. The final infuriating straw was right as we were trying to get to sleep - A MAN OPENED OUR ROOM DOOR WITH A KEY! I flew up off of the bed and pushed the intruder out by shoving the door shut and bolting it. I then went downstairs livid, (it is now close to midnight, and I have to be up at 4am) and the same girl at the front desk now has a lobby full of angry guests she had no clue how to help - including THREE OTHER GUESTS SHE HAD GIVEN MY RM KEY TO! "

"We booked this property due to being on the water and pet-friendly. Accommodations were perfect for us and dogs. Check-in was quick and even allowed early arrival due to storms moving in the next day. We spent most of our time, even during the rainstorms, on the deck. Cabin was cozy and bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Will definately keep this on our "let's go again" list!"

"Stated on Expedia and on sheet posted at their front desk pets stay free. Front desk person tried to charge me 20 dollars and when I pointed out my pet was free he said he would drop it to 15. I walked out and said I would not stay at another studio 6. My husband went in and front desk person said he told me our dog was free. Got to room it was dirty. No coffee pot nothing on tub bottom to keep from slipping. No light bulbs in three of the lamps. Big space under door. No safety latch for door. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. I have pictures "
