A beautiful home in a perfect location in Cadaques
This is a wonderful home! We spent 6 nights, and loved every minute of our time there: the beautiful decks and views of the bay and town, the beautiful interior decorations, the perfect location - just the brief walk to the beach below was always interesting. Having renovated a couple of properties, I was impressed with the quality of the appliances, the comfortable bed!, and how everything worked as intended. We slept great every night - and I still marvel at the glass floors on two levels. Check in and out was easy. Very special!

The most incredible view and charming flat
We are so happy we rented this property for our getaway to Cadaques. As everyone writes in their reviews, the views are incredible with two outdoor spaces to take it all in (harbor and town from the upper and beautiful neighborhood and flowers with a peak of the sea from the lower). The sliders on both levels really opened up the house to bring the outside in. We visited in July and it was hot, but there were lots of fans in the house. The home has a lot of character - fun printed fabrics and tile, furry textured sofa. My son especially loved the Moroccan-looking cushion sofa on the second floor with a view of the Mediterranean. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We were a short walk downhill to town and a 10-15 minute walk in the other direction to Dali's house (incredible museum experience). At the top of the hill on the way to Dali's house, there's a great little market (Cal la Mama) and casual restaurant with yummy croquettes (Pillo Pollo). We really enjoyed dinner at Compartir Cadaques (make a reservation in advance) and Raviyu, renting bikes at Rentabit and sailing up to Cap de Creus with Chillimare. It truly was an amazing vacation and this property was a wonderful home base with an outstanding location.

Cool house!
We stayed 4 days and really loved this house. Incredible architecture that brings natural light throughout the house. Well equipped with a ton of books to read or browse. Many in English. The walk down to the harbor is less than 5 minutes and we found a lot of great food there along with very friendly locals. Hope to return soon!

Amazing Cadaques
Per earlier communication, Maya met us at the house when we got there. An spacious house/ condo at 3 levels with nice balconies and only about 5 minutes walk to the sea and cafes/ restaurants. The house parking spot is a good plus. Maya and owner, Nina, very responsive to questions. Maya also text us a lot of good information re the town. Overall we enjoyed our stays at the house and Cadaques. Working with the stove is chalanging.

Amazing home!
This property was one of the most beautiful we've ever stayed in. Everything from the location, the furnishings, and the architectural design was incredible. Our only regret was that we weren't able to stay longer. We hope to be back in the future!

Great location. Amazing view. Rare on site parking.
We (a couple and our 10 year old daughter) had a great stay in the house. It feels very homely, rather than feeling like a commercial let. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and eating at the house. The terraces are lovely places to eat. We had the bonus of the grape vine providing lovely ripe grapes during our stay. In the interests of a balanced review, it should be noted that there is no air conditioning and so, in the peak of summer, it is quite hot in the bedrooms, although several fans were provided. Overall, we really liked the house and would recommend it without hesitation. The parking in peak season is a major bonus. The owners were communicative and check in etc very easy. We miss the view!

Perfect in every way
We had the absolute pleasure of spending two weeks here. It was a splurge—a much needed chance to recharge the batteries. It was worth every penny. The house is beautiful, perfectly designed and situated. We spent hours on the giant couch reading and gazing at the gorgeous view, cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and also trotted down the hill to swim, shop, and eat out. Quiet and comfortable, but still in the thick of things. We loved it.

Beautiful home
We loved this beautiful home with loads of charm and fantastic views. It is very conveniently located with everything we wanted to do and see in walking distance. We also appreciated the very well equipped kitchen and on site parking. We would be very happy to stay here again!

A nice, tranquil boutique style rental stay
A nice, tranquil boutique style rental stay. Situated on the slopes of Cadaqués, as most of the houses, the back of the house is entirely made of glass, allowing its residents a magnificent view of the bay. Sitting on the upper terrace, it's something you can't get enough from. There's a downside to it, though. The house doesn't have any air conditioning, so temperature inside the house may increase, once the sun gets its beams on the glass. Also, the minimum of curtains makes sleeping in a challenge. The house has two bathrooms, yet one is in operation, which wasn't a problem for us, being only a couple staying there. The house offers room to six persons or more, if you decide to give up some privacy, so I would insist on having access to both bathrooms, should you be with more than one couple. The owners have decorated the house with paintings and furniture which are collected with style. You can tell it's their own personal taste. The house is easy to reach by car, which you can leave on the driveway, during your stay, as everything in Cadaqués is on walking distance from there. If you wish to stay in a not overly luxurious, yet well equipped, spheric house, full of character and charm, this is the place to be.

Great house really well located for easy access to Cadaques.
My family and I really enjoyed staying at the house and would definitely consider staying there again if we return to Cadaques. The house itself is very spacious, it is extremely well located with a short walk into the town. The views over the town and out to sea are wonderful. Cadaques itself is lovely place to spend some time.

Nice house, but not suitable for a hot summer
Nice, clean house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect location, but the house is not furnished for hot days. There are no curtains or other options to keep the sun out from the large windows where the sun is on from midday into the afternoon. We contactet the owner after the first night to ask for help, but they just told us to wear eye masks and use the fans that were there. We tried one more night and slept on the floor on the ground floor. We think this is not ok for an expensive house like this and we moved to a hotell. When we asked if they could meet us with a refound for the 5 days we did not stay there, they did not want to. In the picture it looks like it has been curtains earlier, but not now. It is common for Spanish houses to be built and furnished so that you can block off the sun. We have holidayed in Spain for 25 years and are well used to heat, but we have never experienced a house like this.

Dear Hanne, the house is equipped with curtains, fans and ventilators. We had no other complaints like that but of course were concerned about you not feeling comfortable. I offered you to reserve the house for different dates. We have taken further measures and are in the progress of installing air condition and more ceiling fans. Very sorry you couldn't enjoy your stay as our other visitors did!

Die allerschönste Ferienwohnung!
Cadaques ist ein schöner Ferienort, aber ehrlich gesagt wurde er von den Reizen der Wohnung fast in den Schatten gestellt. Aufzuwachen mit Blick auf den Hafen war jeden Morgen wieder ein Höhepunkt. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, auch mit Büchern in vier Sprachen. Wir waren hier mit unseren großen, schon studierenden Kindern und konnten als Familie zusammensein, aber es fand auch jeder ein Plätzchen, um sich zurückzuziehen. Wir danken für diesen wunderbaren Familienurlaub und werden noch sehr oft an den Aufenthalt zurückdenken.

Great place, wonderfull view !
Très belle maison, décoration soignée, originale et personnelle. Très bien équipée. Idéale pour une famille, mais pas avec de très jeunes enfants, il y a un risque de chute par endroits. La vue depuis la maison est extraordinaire ! L’emplacement est à 5 minutes des quais et il y a une place de parking devant la maison ce qui est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette belle maison!

Phantastisches Haus mit herrlicher Aussichtsterrasse
Cardaques ist ein kleines Juwel, da es bislang vom Massentourismus verschont wurde. Die besondere Atmosphere ließ sich besonders dank der unübertrefflichen Aussichtsterrasse des Hauses genießen. Aber auch vom Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch kann man die gesamte Bucht überblicken und den Sonnenaufgang und -untergang beobachten. Herrlich!!! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ist auch architektonisch dank der Glasböden etwas Besonderes. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität und auch sonst war alles bestens: die Kommunikation, der Empfang durch die Hausverwalterin, die unkomplizierte Abreise. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Zentrum, wo sich alle Dinge des täglichen Lebens leicht besorgen lassen, wir bzw. unsere Kinder haben insb. das Kajak sehr geschätzt. Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen.

A wonderful place to stay in Cadaques!
This is such a beautiful house! Very nicely decorated and designed. The location is Absolutely perfect. It's away from the busy streets in the centre but it's only a 5 minute walk away. The views from the terrace are amazing, we could just sit and gaze at it for hours. The owners are very friendly and it was easy to contact them when beefde. As you'll just feel right at home I would recommand this place to anyone who plans to visit Cadaques.

Vue imprenable et maison de charme
Maison tout à fait dans l'esprit de Cadaques, où nous avons l'habitude de venir depuis 20 ans! Accueil parfait malgré notre arrivée tardive. La maison correspond en tous points aux photos, mais la vue surpasse tout depuis le 1er étage : magnifique coucher de soleil, vue sur le Casino, l'église, la mer bien sûr et même la place du village, qui est à 5mn à pied. Endroit paisible et résidentiel. Le seul bémol très facile à corriger serait de mettre des rideaux occultants dans la chambre sous les toits car la lumière inonde la chambre dès 6h du matin. Petite remarque, les mouettes ont élu domicile sur le toit, et sont très expressives, mais cela fait partie du charme! Maison fortement conseillée.
