This is your ultimate vacation resort, we traveled as a family of 4 in late August when the weather was on a hotter side but the stay was super comfortable and the amenities were well maintained and helpful.
The food menu could have been better for vegetarians but there were decent no-meat options available. The swimming pools were clean, well maintained and the personal butler service was the best part.
It was super helpful to communicate with him over Whatsapp messages and he was very responsive and considerate in booking the dinners at the restaurants and other activities like Spa etc. Rafael came in highly recommended from the reviews at Expedia earlier and now we understand why :)
For the folks like us that don't speak Spanish, the butler service is an absolute savior since many of the resort staff don't understand English well.
I can't wait to be back! Thank you again Rafael for making our stay enjoyable and memorable.
