The lobby, buffet, some of the restaurants have no ac. It is very inconvenient for the guests. Also, if you ask the restaurant to accommodate some of the food options for vegetarian meals they always say no! The drinks are water down including alcoholic beverage.

Beautiful and secluded. Great staff (from GM to Housekeeping) who were extremely accommodating, perfect weather. Sizable rooms that matched the pictures.
Only downside is it could probably use a bit of a refurb inside cabanas to limit insect entrance & integrate better bathroom fixtures, stealing from the Mandarina O&O playbook (e.g., here, doors don’t seal with ceiling.)
