Inside, the spacious and bright living area will seduce you with its functional layout and Provençal decoration. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to delight your guests with local flavours. The 3 spacious bedrooms offer a true cocoon of softness for restful nights. Ideally located just 1 km from the charming village of Cabrières-d'Avignon, this property will allow you to discover the treasures of the region: the Luberon Natural Park, Provençal markets, perched villages, vineyards... During your holiday in Cabrières d'Avignon, whether you are seeking relaxation, nature or culture, this villa will fulfil all your desires! EXTERIOR You can breathe in all the Provençal scents, while enjoying the tranquility of the site! The garden is on 1 hectare. It is planted with olive trees and oak trees. It includes: \- A relaxation area, fitted with a garden lounge and a barbecue area. \- A fenced swimming pool (7.5 x 4.10, maximum depth 1.9; service period from 04/23 to 09/30, security system of fence type). \- A lovely borie (ancient small stone shepherd's house) INTERIOR This holiday home with a swimming pool in the Luberon with an area of 130 m² is on 2 levels. It is decorated in a traditional Provençal style, clean and well-maintained. GROUND FLOOR: Entrance hall. 1 bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin 1 large bedroom (22 m²) with 1 double bed 140\. 1ST FLOOR: Fitted kitchen (10 m²) with fridge, 3-burner gas and 1 electric hob, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and Senseo, and microwave, open kitchen leading to a beautiful terrace fitted with garden furniture and enjoying a lovely view of the surroundings. Living room (25 m²) with dining area, sofa and TV. 2 Bedrooms: 1 bedroom (11 m²) with 1 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom (13 m²) with 2 90 cm beds. 1 bathroom with 2 washbasins and a bathtub and washing machine 1 WC. They are very sensitive to managing a quality and natural production. Seasons are respected. Piscine privée très agréable et bien entretenue. Très bon accueil. Prévoyez vos serviettes de bain . Il n'y a pas de wifi donc votre 4G est indispensable pour réserver certaines sorties en musée. Der Pool wurde von sehr freundlichen Leuten der Familie alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Viele Empfehlungen und Ratschläge haben wir von der Familie bekommen. Und auch Einblick in die Charakteristik der Region. Das charmante ist, dass beliebig viele Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis von 20 Kilometer liegen. Sowohl die schöne Stadt L'isle sur la Sorgue. Das Rousillion. Die alte Stadt Gordes. Oppede les Vieux. Avignon ist rasch zu erreichen.... um einiges zu nennen. Wir haben auch Empfehlungen von der Familie für Strände rechts bei Marseille bekommen. Sehr schön dort und trotz Hochsaison Parkplätze 100 Meter vom Meer weg. Das einzig störende waren generell Tigermücken, die in sich Südfrankreich offensichtlich verbreiten konnten. Da gilt es sich darauf einzustellen. Im Haus waren Schnakengitter an den Fenstern und das war eine gute Lösung. Im Ort gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei, jedoch auch im Umkreis von 4 Kilometer alles zum Einkaufen, was eine Familie braucht. Auch gibt es einen großen Supermarkt im nächsten Ort. In den umliegenden Dörfern gibt es viele Brasserien und Restaurants. Dann werden dort auch klassische Konzerte im Umkreis angeboten. Wir würden wieder dort Urlaub machen. ##### Harald S.
