He welcomed us late in the evening (after we got delayed at the airport), took the time to explain everything around the house and the region. Generally very clean, the only criticism would be the bed linen didn’t feel very fresh and was a bit ‘bobbly’. It is not particularly suited to younger children due to the stairs being open and no handrail. Also, the garden is not secure so not ideal for small children or dogs. For us as a couple, it was a perfect stay. One thing to note, there are two bars/restaurants in the village, one closed at the end of September and the other had very limited opening times - again, probably because it was October when we visited. ##### Christine C.
