Das Haus hat Charme, ist gut in Schuss, vor allem das obere Geschoss ist sehr schön. Der Garten ist ein Traum und man ist schnell am Strand. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un très beau temps pour couronner le tout ! La maison est très bien placée, dans un quartier calme, proche de la plage, à 20 min de marche de la criée et des marchés de Dives et Cabourg. Les meubles sont vieillots, mais globalement fonctionnels. Le jardin est bien agréable, protégé des vents dominants.
