Cabourg Etourneaux logement très moyen

Proche d'un carrefour avec pas mal de circulation, logement très moyen. Cuisine moderne, bien équipée, cuisine très étroite pour manger,chaises de la cuisine très vétustes et pas confortables ( état à désirer) et la table de la cuisine tombe si on s appuie. Attention à ne pas toucher une poêle dont le manche n est plus isolé ( risques de brûlures). Vieux escaliers bruyants pour monter aux chambres à l'étage. Lits pas confortables. Cadre de tableau cassé. Le ménage n était pas fait sous lits.
