  • Apartment in Cabourg with magnificent open views of the sea in a secure residence.
    2 rooms of 26 m2 fully refurbished delivered mid June and rented from July 1, 2017.
    Direct access to the sea and to the Marcel Proust promenade (50 meters and you have your feet in the water)! The Cabourg Thalasso center is right next door.
    Town center, Casino and Grand Hôtel de Cabourg, 500 meters on foot via the Marcel Proust promenade which runs along the sea. Free parking in the residence.
    Located on the 4th floor with elevator, the apartment consists of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a new rapido convertible leather sofa with 140x190 daily bedding, new 81cm flat screen TV. An open kitchen with dining bar for 4 people, completely redone and fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster.

    A completely redone bathroom with bathtub and shower screen.
    Beautiful 6 m2 balcony where you can have lunch or relax on deckchairs while admiring the view.

Carbourg plage with seaview

We had a very pleasant stay. The view from the balcony is great. We could have breakfeast every morning in the sun. The appartment is a little small but for 1 week and 2 persons it is sufficient. 15 min walk along the boulevard and you are at the Grand Hotel and the beginning of the High Street. I can recommend the apartment for a nice stay in Cabourg.

What a wonderful holiday!

It was the perfect place for the two of us, actually even better than we had expected. To sum it up in a nutshell: We would have liked to stay longer but returned home with wonderful impressions and experiences.

Bel appartement avec vue sur la mer

L'appartement est bien agencé et idéalement situé. A quelques pas de la fameuse promenade Marcel Proust, de la plage, des restaurants , du centre ville de la nature enfin proche de tout. La résidence est très propre et calme. La propriétaire Mme Bagur a pris la peine de faire un livret d'accueil très explicite avec captures d'écrans pour illustrer ses propos. Elle est d'autre part très attentionnée et aux petits soins . Nous recommandons très vivement cette location . Vous ne serez pas déçu.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. L'appartement est petit mais fonctionnel, très bien équipé et décoré. La résidence est calme, bien entretenue et sécurisée avec un accès direct à la plage et à la promenade par laquelle on arrive au centre ville à pied. Je remercie Cécile qui a eu la gentillesse de prendre de nous appeler pour savoir si tout se passait bien et si.nous avions besoin de quelque-chose. Je recommande cette location

logement petit mais suffisant pour une seule personne , difficile pour cuisiner .mauvais temps donc dommage que le lecteur de dvd ne fonctionnait pas . reçu un mail comme quoi il fallait s'adresser au gardien a l'arrivée et personne très désagréable .

Très bonne semaine

Joli petit appartement très bien aménagé avec tout le nécessaire, une belle vue sur l’océan , une résidence propre et à deux pas de la promenade. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine malgré le temps froid et beaucoup de vent, début février. La location est proche du centre mais au calme. On ne se lasse pas des promenades en bord d’océan et de la proximité de la thalasso ! La propriétaire est charmante et aux petits soins pour toute question ou petit soucis. L’appart est très joliment décoré, canapé et literie confortables. Le balcon est top pour apprécier l’air marin et la vue ! 😃 excellent rapport qualité /prix !

Petit appartement, fonctionnel , propre bien équipé et bien situé (à un quart d’heure de marche du centre, cinq minutes en voiture, 25 mètres de la plage) dans une résidence calme . Balcon agréable avec une belle vue sur la mer . Literie correcte. Propriétaire sympathique et accueillant, à l’écoute et réactif. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous reviendrons volontiers dans cet appartement, idéal pour un couple seul.

Bonne location

Logement très propre avec belle vue sur mer, cuisine un peu étroite. Pour 4 personnes, ce logement est un peu petit si vous venez avec des enfants. Système de récupération de clé très pratique.
