Pretty apartment for 4 people. The residence is 700m from the town center and the sea, with secure parking in the basement. It is located opposite the racecourse. You will find many activities nearby ... There are two bedrooms, one with a bed in 160 and one in 140. Very nice view of the racecourse not overlooked, close to the sea and the city center, close to the thalassotherapy center, casino. .You Can output without taking the car.
There is a private underground parking.

Ns avons passé un très bon séjour a Cabourg. Appartement bien équipé, endroit calme. Nous sommes allé plusieurs fois a hippodrome qui se situe a 2min a pied de l appartement. Nous etions a 10 min a pied du centre ville. Je vous recommande ce logement

Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 ados. L'appartement nous a convenu. Pas de souci rencontré. Pour aller à Cabourg en centre ville et à la plage, nous y allions à pied, un peu de marche mais très raisonnable. Et nous avons pu garer la voiture en sous-sol au parking. La communication avec le propriétaire était bonne. Bon séjour.

Appartement bien agencé. Un peu excentré mais tout a fait faisable à pieds (20 min environ, avec parc avec des jeux à mi chemin pour les familles 😉) nous sommes satisfait de ce logement pour notre week end a Cabourg.

Très bon emplacement, excentré du centre ville, mais à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous avons eut de la chance, car le beau temps était au rendez-vous. Je garde les coordonnées pour un prochain week-end Normand.

Pourquoi n'y a-t-il pas d'état des lieux à l 'arrivée car le ménage n'était pas fait nous avons dû laver les alèses. Pour un début de séjour il y a mieux !!!!!. Nous avons pris l'option ménage, mais je le regrette à notre départ l'appartement était bien plus propre qu'à notre arrivée

Appartement spacieux Bonne literie . Tous les ustensiles de cuisine présents . Petits problèmes de douche à revoir! Seul bémol à voir avec la copropriété , les vides ordures des étages dégagent des odeurs malodorantes dés l arrivée aux étages (a condamner).
