The living/dining room features a double sofabed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. This room also provides access to the balcony. Additionally, there is a separate bedroom with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long.

The kitchenette is well-equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
