Logement agréable et fonctionnel, très bien situé dans Cabourg. Plage et centre ville accessiblent en quelques minutes à pied. De la place pour se garer dans les rues alentours. Le logement est équipé comme il faut. Seul petit bémol et l'insonorisation qui n'est pas parfaite.

Presque satisfaisant globalement. L'attention prêtée à quelques détails essentiels (notamment l'équipement de la cuisine: une douzaine de couteaux à steaks dans une location pour 2 personnes: impossible de beurrer une tartine !) pourrait facilement améliorer le confort du séjour et la satisfaction des locataires.

Cabourg le retour…

Satisfait de ce logement loué pour une semaine, refait à neuf et idéalement situé: centre ville casino, plage, marché à 2 pas. Sylvie qui gère le logement pour la propriétaire nous a accueillis parfaitement. Tous les ustensiles ménagers sont dans la cuisine. Nous avions amené notre « air frayer » car nous n’utilisons pas le micro-ondes par principe personnel.La chambre est grande et une penderie pratique y a été installée pour déballer sa valise. La literie est bonne et en excellent état.Ce lieu est ancien, c’est un ancien hôtel du 19è siècle transformé en appartements, donc l’insonorisation n’est pas optimale, ce qui nous a peu dérangés. Plafonds hauts, de ce fait on ne se sent pas à l’étroit dans l’appartement.Doté d.une entrée pratique pour s’isoler des bruits extérieurs et poser ses vêtements d’extérieur.Dans la salle de bains, la propriétaire a mis un lave-mains faute de place à défaut d’un lavabo digne de ce nom et il n’y a pas de prise de courant en salle de bains pour se raser ou se sécher les cheveux. Cabine de douche fonctionnelle.Il faut savoir que Le WC est un Sanibroyeur, mais cela ne pose pas de problème particulier, hormis de temps en temps une odeur désagréable dans la cuisine qui disparaît vite en ouvrant la fenêtre. Signalons aussi une belle fenêtre dans la salle de bains.Pas de wi-fi mais une tv Samsung avec la TNT.Globalement, nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet appartement que nous pouvons recommander.

- Die Wohnung war neu renoviert und alles war wirklich sehr sauber - Gebrauchsgegenstände (Töpfe, Gläser, Tassen) für den täglichen Bedarf waren vorhanden und in sehr sauberem, gutem Zustand. Wer kochen möchte sollte sich aber grundlegendes wie Gewürze, Öl usw einpacken :)- Die Fenster können mit Vorhängen verdunkelt werden was uns sehr wichtig ist un gut schlafen zu können. Das Bett war etwas klein für uns aber sehr bequem (160x200cm)-Die Lage war optimal. Den Ort mit Bäckereien, einem Supermarkt und vielen Restaurants hat man in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Auch der Strand war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und wirklich toll. Der Sonnenuntergang am Strand war sehr romantisch und bleibt immer in Erinnerung. Lediglich die Parkplatzsituation war je nach Wochentag etwas schwierig. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es aber kleine Straßen und einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz.-Die Vermieterin ist eine ganz liebe, engagierte Persönlichkeit die sich sehr bemüht hat und den Aufenthalt angenehm und entspannt zu gestalten. Wir kamen früher an als geplant und sie kam direkt zu uns um uns den Schlüssel zu übergeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar und interessiert ob alles in Ordnung ist.
