In a residence with direct access to the beach, 2-room duplex apartment on the 4th floor (with elevator) with a capacity of 4 people and a surface area of approximately 34m². The fully renovated apartment includes: on the ground floor, a living room (with a flat screen TV), a fully equipped open kitchen (2 induction hobs, a combined oven / microwave, a fridge / freezer, a dishwasher, a classic coffee maker and a Nespresso), and a sleeping area (with a 160x190 sofa bed); on the 1st floor: a bedroom (with 1 double bed 140x190), and a bathroom (shower, washing machine and vanity unit) with WC. Free fiber access available in the apartment. Pets are not accepted in this rental. Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).
