Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage optimal, nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Am ersten Tag war die Dusche verstopft und es roch aus dem Badezimmer sehr stark nach undichtem Abwasserrohr. Ebenso die Toilette.Der Hausmeister hat die Verstopfung behoben und wegen des Geruchs einen kleinen Behälter mit einer Flüssigkeit in die Steckdose montiert. Der Geruch in der Toilette blieb jedoch. Schwierigkeiten das TV Gerät zu bedienen, konnten nur Programme aus der Mediathek anschauen. Der Induktionsherd war nur unter vielen und nervigen Versuchen des Touchscreens zu bedienen.

Un séjour très agréable en famille. L’appartement est en parfait état et très bien agencé. Le jardin est un vrai plus pour les enfants. La réactivité de la propriétaire dans les échanges et l’accueil a l’arrivée et au départ est appréciable. Je recommande a 100% et nous reviendrons certainement.

Vacances Cabourg

Bonjour, nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Cabourg dans ce charmant appartement très bien équipé. Nous étions finalement 4 au lieu de 5 et avons profité de l’espace très bien aménagé, idéal pour 5/6 personnes :) A quelques pas de la plage et de la promenade Marcel Proust. Nous avons adoré ! Merci aux propriétaires pour les échanges et la réactivité dans la préparation de notre séjour. Et merci à la conciergerie sur place pour l’accueil.

Séjour très agréable!!

appartement plein de charme et très bien équipé. il est de plus très bien situé, près de la plage et de la promenade Marcel Proust! La résidence est très calme et bien entretenue. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mme et Mr Laurent et les échanges avec notre hôte ont été très cordiaux. Séjour très agréable en famille. Nous pensons y revenir même hors saison.

Agréable séjour, meme en hiver

Logement confortable, bien équipé et bien chauffé même la semaine de Noël. Très bien situé en relation a Cabourg et de la plage qui est a 2 minutes a pied. Supermarché a proximité et parking dans la résidence complètent le tableau. Le propriétaire n'est pas sur Cabourg, mais son agent sur place est très present et efficace.

Escapade familiale qui fait du bien

Séjour en famille très profitable, Cabourg est une petite ville très agréable où il fait bon se détendre et se ressourcer, le décor est fabuleux . La location est très bien située proche de la promenade en bord de mer,des commerces et des restaurants . L'accueil de conciergerie est très professionnel, l'appartement très propre et bien conçu . Nous sommes vraiment ravies du séjour 😊

Bonne location les pieds dans l'eau

Excellente semaine avec 3 de nos petits enfants en aout. L'appartement est très bien agencé et bien équipé en vaisselle et électro ménager. La résidence est calme et se situe à 200 mètres de la belle plage de Cabourg. Par la promenade, on rejoint facilement le centre ville à pied. A noter également l'accueil chaleureux des gérants de la conciergerie. Bref, une bonne location à recommander.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet appartement à 5 dont 3 enfants. Nous avons apprécié la chambre pour les enfants , les jeux mis à disposition. L'appartement est bien pensé et fonctionnel pour 5 . La terrasse est un plus . Nous avons pu l'utilisé une fois malgré le temps. Leoncine est très à l'écoute et arrangeante, idem pour le service de conciergerie.

Parfait!

Idéalement placé.A 2 min de la plage. Le jardin est clairement un plus. Communication très fluide avec le propriétaire et Laurent. Appartement rénové ce qui est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
