"Our studio villa was huge and the views of the marina were amazing! The villa was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower and water pressure were phenomenal, definitely the best shower we encountered during our two weeks all over the northern part of Costa Rica. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient so we took advantage of that amenity. I also used the fitness room both days we were there. It had just enough equipment for a decent workout. As to be expected anywhere in Costa Rica, there were a few ants in the villa but not so many that it was an issue. The proximity to Playa Flamingo was perfect and there were many dining options within walking distance. We had breakfast three times at Surf Box since it was so close. Minor issue with being charged twice but hoping that will be resolved soon as I have been communicating with our host about the mistake and subsequent refund. I would definitely stay here again if in the Playa Flamingo area."

She was absolutely phenomenal — thoughtful, patient, and incredibly attentive. Having her support was like having our own private concierge throughout the trip. She helped arrange chef services, daily massages, grocery stops, a beach club outing, and gave amazing recommendations for restaurants and activities. We felt so well cared for every single day. The daily cleaning service was a wonderful bonus that kept everything fresh, allowing us to fully unwind without a worry. Thank you to Bilitis and her entire team for making our stay so special — you helped turn a beautiful location into an extraordinary experience. We will cherish our memories here forever and absolutely can’t wait to return! "
