The location is perfect - there is a small beach steps from the condo building, and if you keep walking to the left, you will find at least a dozen other small, secluded beaches along the shoreline. There are hiking trails in the woods where you can see lizards and lots of beautiful vegetation. There are also mangroves. It is so peaceful here and we really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were beautifully cool in the evenings when we slept. We were able to make breakfast in the quaint kitchen and enjoy coffee on a tranquil balcony in a hammock which I did every single morning and highly recommend! Shower had great water pressure and I absolutely loved that I could get some laundry done after spending a couple days on the beach! Ac blows cold in the bedroomsPeople in reviews mentioned a dead tree. I didn’t see a dead tree but there are trees in your view and just a sliver of ocean view through them, but it’s beautiful! We arrive with ease following the instructions. The property was neat and clean and has all the basics we needed, just as described. We enjoyed the beach and the pool and visited The Cabo Rojo Light House, Natural Reserve, and the salt pools. Also visited the Mayagüez Zoo and La Parguera bioluminescent bay. It had a full kitchen equipped with all news arty items to cook. The beds were comfortable. The beach was right behind the condo. It is a very quiet beach and has great spots for fishing and snorkeling. You need to bring your equipment. The location is adjacent to many large and popular beaches. We were about 10 minutes from Boqueron. In addition, iris adjacent to many eating places and supermarkets. We will definitely return! ##### Herminio P. I had to notify Internet provider that there was connection issues. The apartment did not meet all the needs you may expect. 1st it's not a true bathtub. The spout does not work, you would have to fill with shower head. You do not get to experience ocean breeze because slider has no screen and mosquitos would fill the small apartment. We kind of felt closed in and it was just a place to sleep. Yes the upstairs does make loud noises, because the apartments are small. Upstairs used rolling dinette so when they got up and down from kitchen table you would hear thunder type sounds. The apartment had nice rooms,amenities,equipment, just lacked in making it a pleasant experienced. I guess we were just spoiled by homeaway's other two owner properties in Luquillo and el yunque.
