Premium Sleeping Quarters: Three sophisticated bedrooms, each featuring a high-quality Queen bed and state-of-the-art Inverter A/C units to ensure restorative sleep after a day in the sun.



The Layout: An expansive architectural design that emphasizes light and flow, connecting the rest areas with a fresh, luminous atmosphere.



Lower Level & Outdoors: The true soul of the villa. An open-concept social space perfect for intimate gatherings, equipped with:

-BBQ Station: Ideal for grilling under the stars.

-Private Garden: A lush green oasis where peace is the main protagonist.

-Essential Kitchen: Fully equipped for everything from light tropical breakfasts to local dinners.

-Laundry Zone: Total convenience for long-term stays (perfect for rinsing off the sand after a day at the coast).

Located on Carr 101 (Sector Las Arenas), this property defines strategic location. Staying here grants you privileged Buyé Beach access, allowing you to bypass the heavy traffic of more congested tourist zones.



-Gastronomy: Within minutes, you’ll discover an exceptional culinary route ranging from fresh seaside seafood at the Poblado to local bakeries and high-end food trucks.

-Convenience: Pharmacies, supermarkets, and specialty liquor stores are a short drive away, making last-minute supplies effortless.

Getting Around:

Car (Best): Highly recommended for exploring. Buyé (4 min), Boquerón (5 min).

Uber: Available, though we suggest requesting rides in advance for peak times.

Public Transit: None available, preserving the area's quiet exclusivity.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.



We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.



Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.



To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We’ve also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.



Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
