"Amazing place, the hotel and room was kept very clean, the staff were brilliantly helpful, so many choices of pools and restaurants with beach only 5 minute walk away - the large buffet breakfast was very varied and very nice. Vilamoura marina was only 10 minute walk away too if you wanted a bit of variation. The on site spa was a lovely touch too! Could not recommend higher and will definitely be coming back."

"Overall, would recommend. A few things that could have made things even better - the resort is so huge, it can be confusing to figure out where everything is (there is a paper map provided during check in, but think an interactive/app would be much easier to navigate). It’s not always clear what is/isn’t included when staying at the resort (lots of things are discounted, but lots aren’t). The pool is a beach club. Not always suitable for children (we had our 2.5 year old with us and it could be a little rowdy in the afternoons/evenings. V quiet in the mornings. Also worth nothing that a DJ starts in the afternoon and the loud speakers are beside the kids pool making it unsuitable for young families in the afternoon/evening). The beach loungers are cash only - not a problem other than we didn’t know and had to trek back to our villa to get some as only had our phones for payment. Pristine accommodation with exceptional amenities. If returning, would get a villa with a pool next time. Parking meters at beach were broken in lots of spots so could be hard to make payment to avoid any fines. Staff in reception a little cold at times, but overall in the restaurants, beach club etc friendly and helpful. Prices reasonable for an upscale location with lots of choice for meals (of varying quality and choice). We didn’t use the shuttle as we had a rental car, and we were glad we had it as with a small child waiting up to 30 mins (as quoted at check in) would not have worked for us."

"Lovely hotel, the staff were great, friendly, helpful and available for help at any time. The room was lovely, clean and an incredibly comfy big bed! The view was great, the amenities were great, pools, gym, restaurants and bar all lovely, with easy and quick access to the beach, and loved the free shuttle to the old town. Would recommend to anyone!!"

"Overall, a very good hotel/resort. The challenge is that it's layout is over a very large property. Finding your way around is a mystery and walking to your room, with the luggage, from the reception is very difficult ... but they arranged for a van to take us. Using Uber at night, the driver couldn't find our villa."

"Lovely hotel, rooms were a good size and immaculate. Rooftop bar and restaurant very nice. Breakfast was really good as well, lots of choice and very good. Swimming pool area was quite small so we didn’t really use pool. Gym was well equipped and clean. Hotel is in a central location."
