Fantastic customer service

This was one of those places that is a pleasant surprise, not because of anything major, but because everything is done well, and without fuss or annoyance. The staff are friendly and helpful without being intrusive or overbearing, the hotel is clean and well maintained in both private and public areas. The food is good and the location is convenient for both local facilities and travel further afield.

A fantastic and spotlessly clean hotel. We stayed here for a week at the start of March. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best, which meant the rooftop bar and pool area was closed for the first couple of days. Despite the weather, Olhao is a lovely little town with enough bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. Stylish spa hotel, with great accommodation and beautifully manicured gardens. Even has its own man made beach in the grounds in addition to the pool area. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Standard of cleanliness is very high. Food is very good,especially the Fusion restaurant. Breakfast buffet has a stunning choice, and the pool bar is great for drinks and snacks during the day. Relaxing weekend with excellent spa experiences. Nearby restaurants in the marina. I preferred the marina view to the sea view. 30 min to albufeira and airport

We stayed at the Episode Sana for 4 nights. We went to relax and whine down, so the location was a perfect spot for us. If you want to. E by the hustle and bustle, 'subs this is not the hotel for you. The interior is amazing. The food is nice. We had spa treatments, which were great. They really do look after you. Oh my goodness, myself and my husband cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It is pure perfection. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, the food, ambiance and hotel/room was more than perfect. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. Thank you so much for for a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back!

Lovely stay with all the comforts but there was a mix up as we went to check out, i went to settle a bar bill and was presented with a full bill for the accommodation as well as the bar bill. The accommodation had previously been paid at the time of booking.

All of the rooms are suites with a lounge area with a sofa and chairs plus door to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a bar and excellent restaurant.

The hotel has a fantastic location, next to the nature reserve and the beach. The view from our balcony was amazing. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Loungers and towels were provided at the beach which is a real bonus and only a few minutes walk. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing stay, we will definitely be back.

Perfect hotel for overnight stay close to Faro Airport. We landed close to midnight and walked to the hotel in 10 minutes. Clean rooms, comfy beds, breakfast and pool then checkout at noon. Great place.

Great hotel in a residential rather than tourist area within easy walking distance of the historic town. The hotel itself is within the Ria Shopping Centre on the 2nd floor with lift access and is very modern and clean. Good breakfast and free hot drinks available throughout the day. Would recommend.

Hotel was lovely and clean, breakfast was delicious (including: pancakes, fruit, full English, breads, pastries, hot drinks and juices). Hotel was practically on the beach. The loungers on the beach weren’t free which was a little disappointing considering the price. The beach was beautiful, nice sand and a little rocky in parts. Locals were lovely, much quieter than Vilamoura as the area was more a native Portuguese holiday area. Amazing holiday- would return!!!

Very comfortable room and great breakfast too.

Very high standard of service. Simple but high quality rooms with extremely comfortable 5 star standard beds, pillows and sheets. The restaurant is surprisingly good and they cater for gluten intolerances. You can use the beach shuttle from the Hilton across the road to the gorgeous Falesia beach with beach club. As a single traveller I felt very welcome here and liked the quiet pool area. Reception staff are charming and helpful. Very good value and well located hotel.
