"Perched on the hill above Santa Teresa, the Emerald Abode became our home away from home. Just off the main road, the leg-in driveway to the home is just steps from the beach access pathway. The infinity pool is so nice we found it difficult to choose to leave for the hustle and bustle of town. If you can drag yourself away from the Emerald Abode, try Shambala on the beach. They have excellent food and superb cocktails (try the Mezcal Tere). Finally, get to know April. She’s a sweetheart. "

"First of all, this property has to have some of the best views of Sta Tere. We enjoyed the design of the house, as it is quite unique. This property is perfect for three couples, though make sure you are fit as the stairs up to the property from the parking area are steep! Well worth the climb for that view however. "What a beautiful property! Incredible ocean-views, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, wildlife (monkeys, iguana, birds), and the jungle and ocean sounds. Check-in was seamless and Mikey even booked a massage at the house for us (which was amazing!). Wilfredo made us feel very safe, and kept the pool spotless and we enjoyed visits from his lovely dog Kira. Would be back in a second."
