Cottage at Missing Acre 3 Bedroom Home on Lake Namakagon

At the entrance to Cottage at Missing Acre the private tree-lined drive leads you to this beautiful updated lakeside cabin that combines the charm of the Northwoods with easy comfortable living. The large kitchen area is fully equipped and has an open concept to the living room so the chef doesn't have to miss a thing! The living room has full glass windows for tons of natural light and amazing lake views! Bedroom 1 located on the west side of the house has its own bath, sitting area, and TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the east side of the house with a shared bathroom. Every bedroom has a view of the lake! The deck stretches across the entire main level and is gated on both ends, great for the pups to relax on the deck with you! The lower level has a TV, sitting area, bar, and bathroom. From the lower level, you can walk right out to the lake, from the main level there is a gentle slope with stairs and handrails down to the shoreline.
Garden Lake is part of the Lake Namakagon which consists of over 3200 acres of water. You can easily boat under the bridge that leads out to the main part of the lake. There are many good places to eat and drink for a fun-filled day on the lake. In winter snowmobile from your door to hundreds of miles of trails. For cross-country skiers, some of the best trails in the country are located just 15 miles away in Cable, WI including the Birkiebiener trails and North End Ski trails. There are also many hiking, biking, snowmobile and ATV trails. there is a large circular driveway for easy ATV, boat or Snowmobile Trailer parking. Fun day trips within 2 hours from the cabin including shopping to exploring waterfalls are all here for you to enjoy!

Rate based on 6 people, this includes Adults and Children. There is a $30.00 charge per person per night, up to a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
Towels are not provided, please bring bath, swimming and kitchen towels.
There is a light blanket on the bed with fresh linens and pillows. If you prefer a heavier blanket, please bring one along with you.

Great cabin and location. Love that all bedrooms face the lake and the huge deck. Great dock with a stairs to get in and out of water. Well stocked kitchen. Only downfall was that the fire pit was not lakeside

Wonderful, secluded getaway

It’s a beautiful three bedroom cabin with great views of the lake with a wonderful dock. There are plenty of birds to enjoy, especially the loons, as well as other waterfowl and eagles. We caught fish right off the dock. Enjoy the peaceful setting of this tranquil place.

Nice place, plenty of room. Plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. Couldn't get TV to work in main living area, water pressure seemed a bit below average. Some signs of mouse activity but overall nothing to stop us from staying again.

Perfect location for our family!

We loved this cabin! It was hot the week we were there, so having air conditioning was much appreciated! Overall, the cabin was very clean and had nice amenities! The front door lock didn't work consistently, so would be good to potentially have the battery replaced. The pots and pans were clean but the holder they are on, while very neat looking, was really dusty and had cobwebs. We loved the lake and the beautiful back deck, as well as the firepit. We would stay here again!

Beatiful Setting and House

The house was very nice, with a very well appointed kitchen, nice mattresses and sheets. The property managers were very helpful. Cell service was a bit iffy. Nice stay!
