The host has done many things right with this wonderfully restored farmhouse. They've maintained the charm of the original, while including great updates where they count, like the comfortable newer bed in the spacious master bedroom. We especially enjoyed the sauna since the weather during our fall visit was unseasonably cold. It was easy to communicate with the host, who responded quickly to our questions. It had everything we needed (towels, kitchen items, etc). We enjoyed the mowed paths on the property and the connection to the Cable Town trails right out of the back of the property. It was a quick and easy drive over to Mt. Telemark for the mountain bike races. We even saw the northern lights the first night we arrived.
