"I have stayed here many times over the years. The hotel is not looking as fresh as it once did. The pool water was cloudy and did not look very clean. The restaurant and bar on the beach are however a great bonus and the location is perfect for a casual beach holiday/short stay etc."

"I liked the ambience there, a lot. I enjoyed the view of the kite surfers in the ocean. The animation staff were really great, friendly. Betty Boop put on a great show with her staff and invited a special performance, someone performing as Michael Jackson. Really great. Shout out to Speedy and Minny, ..."

"Despite no booking and no hot water, a/c or bathroom light, or any other guests the staff were superb and did everything they could to make us welcome. They even headed to the supermarket to buy what we wanted for breakfast. Will maybe try again when they have more guests. The upside was we had the ..."

"A beautiful hotel literally on the beach and within walking distance of many other establishments. It is a clean, vibrant and assessible property managed by polite, bi-lingual staff.
I stayed at this hotel exactly one year earlier so I can't help but to compare the two stays; For one, I was disappointed that breakfast was NOT included this time. I overlooked that detail when making the reservation. I assumed things remained the same. My oversight, but still a disappointment. Furthermore, the breakfast menu differed vastly and wasn't nearly as good as the previous year. Secondly, the television in the room was quite small; A minor complaint, as TV viewing was not a priority. Overall, an enjoyable vacation and will seriously consider a third stay at Villa Taina."
