The renovation has been carried out keeping the rustic charm and using noble materials such as stone, wood, terracotta in tiles and tiles made and hand painted in craft workshops. On the other hand, our deep respect and commitment to the planet has led us to use geothermal energy as an energy medium that allows us to obtain hot water and heating through radiant floor throughout the house, in order to achieve a sustainable balance with the environment . The house is fully rented and completely independent. It has capacity for 6 people and has: 3 ROOMS of which; 2 are double on the first floor (bathroom, with bathtub) and the other is double and is on the ground floor. 3 BATHROOMS complete, 2 of them with bathtub (on the top floor, inside the rooms) and another with hydromassage shower (on the ground floor). THE KITCHEN, on the ground floor, equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, Italian coffee maker, extractor hood and small appliances (blender, toaster, electric juicer). Crockery, glassware (glasses, wine glasses etc), cutlery and kitchenware. Iron for clothes and ironing board. GAME AREA, has a collection of board and children's games. THE LIVING ROOM has, television (flat screen and USB port), DVD (with USB port), French fireplace, WIFI (free) and dining area. ABROAD: THE PATIO, has a porch area with barbecue equipped with a table and chairs, dishes ect. The charcoal for the use of the barbecue will be brought by the traveler. We also have spirals with gas to make paellas. OTHER DATA OF INTEREST HEATING AND HOT WATER, is obtained by geothermal energy, which is the ultimate in renewable energy. Mosquito nets on all windows. CUNS service, free. Check availability at the time of making your reservation. LA LEÑA, to light the French fireplace in the living room, we leave it during the winter without any additional cost. We also leave glow pads for the fireplace. DOCUMENTATION OF THE AREA, we have a dossier where you can consult the points of touristic interest nearest and advisable in the area, as well as a list of the most interesting active tourism activities with phone numbers, the place and the distance where they are made . ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The rooms have sheets, a washbasin towel and a bath towel (per person), two pillows and two blankets (per person). In the bathrooms we leave toilet paper, standing shower mat, hand towels, diffuser hand soap, amenites (toothbrush, comb, gel / shampoo) and hair dryer. In the kitchen we put; paper napkins, kitchen paper, dishwasher tablets, hand dishwashing liquid, tea towels, detergent and softener for washing machine, garbage bags, scourer (brand new), cloth (brand new) and tablecloth. and ironing board. Recomendaría esa casa con los ojos cerrados..hemos podido descansar y desconectar por completo de la vida cotidiana por que por no haber en el pueblo no hay ni panadería. .pasa el panadero pitando con la furgoneta. Isabel nos recomendó un restaurante en un pueblecito de al lado en el cual cominos genial Restaurante Zaguán. El año pasado nos alojamos en la casa rural que tienen en el Cubillo y nos gustó mucho la zona y este año nos hemos alojado en una de las casas rurales de Caballar. Las casas son las mejores en las que hemos estado, los patios están genial tanto para estar un rato o ver las estrellas como para quien quiera preparar comida. Isabel es muy atenta y amable. Recomiendo 100% conocer los pueblos de Caballar y El Cubillo y alojarse en estas casas. Espero que os siga yendo muy bien y también con la nueva casa en construcción. Saludos ##### maria c. No solamente que el entorno es magnifico y el pueblo, Caballar, es tranquilo y acogedor, sino que la casa rural es una maravilla. Cuidada hasta el último detalle por Isabel y su familia, no falta de nada para hacer de tu estancia una experiencia inolvidable. Te sientes como en casa y, después de muchos años de turismo rural que llevamos, esto es muy difícil de conseguir. Mi mas sincero agradecimiento a Isabel y familia por una semana de vacaciones donde mis hijos y nosotros hemos disfrutado mucho. Os dejo una foto de un rincón muy especial de la casa, donde poder "perderte" en la lectura de un buen libro a cualquier hora del día. Hola, es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en las casas rurales de Isabel " La Fuente". En la primera ocasión estuvimos en su estupenda casa del Cubillo, de la que terminamos simplemente encantados. Han sido varias las ocasiones que hemos querido repetir pero nos fue imposible por problemas de disponibilidad, así pues, os aconsejo que reservéis con antelación, por que por la calidad de esta estancias, entiendo que estén muy demandadas. Esta segunda vez, nos hemos alojado en Casa Pavia, tres adultos un niño, un periquito y un perrito desde el 24/07 hasta el 06/08\. Empezando por el pueblo, destaco su tranquilidad y su abundancia de agua, que pese a ser Castilla, gracias a sus manantiales y sus fuentes, ademas de la zona donde esta enclavado (tipo valle), resulta muy fresquito y agradable. No tiene tiendas pero pasa todos los días el panadero, y a repartir de cada día de la semana, el pescadero, el carnicero y un ultramarinos ambulante. Además a 5 km esta Turegano que tiene de todo. Nosotros íbamos cada mañana andando a Turegano a comprar el pan. Además muy cerquita esta Pedraza y Sepulveda y merece la pena ir a degustar un delicioso cordero asado. De la casa que os voy a decir, es una casa acogedora, amplia, con toda clase de comodidades y utensilios. Pese a ser una construcción moderna, conserva un maravilloso estilo rustico que Isabel, la propietaria se encarga de vestir en todas sus casas. Asombrada le he preguntado en ésta y en la primera ocasión si había realizado algún curso, pero es algo innato en ella. Son preciosas todas sus casas. Destaco que hay un baño por cada habitación, detalle que resulta muy cómodo cuando vas con amigos e incluso con familia. La casa genial, Isabel es un encanto, nos ha encantado todo. Ya es la segunda vez que repetimos las casas de Isabel. Las casas están muy bien cuidadas, equipadas y muy bien decoradas. La casa es fabulosa, mejor que en fotografías, no le falta de nada, es muy cómoda, te encuentras como en casa. La decoración es preciosa no le falta detalle. El porche fantástico para comer y hacer barbacoas. El pueblo es ideal para pasear y disfrutar de tranquilidad, aunque si quieres seguir conectado la casa tiene wifi. Es un lugar donde pasarlo genial muy cerca de Madrid. Isabel la propietaria es encantadora si tienes cualquier duda ella te lo resuelve enseguida, nos llamó cuando íbamos de camino y nos indicó la mejor forma de llegar. Está pendiente de todo. Isabel y Paco un encanto y muy amables. La casa preciosa, con todo lujo de detalles, incluso mas de lo que cabria esperar. Las fotos no hacen justicia de la casa, es mucho mejor. Luminosa, espaciosa, comoda...el porche y la barbacoa, una pasada Es lo que se puede llamar una casa rural autentica de 10\. Viajabamos con mi sobrino de 3 meses, y no ha podido estar mas agusto. El pueblo bonito y tranquilo, con unos paseos preciosos, en un entorno con nogales, manzanos, perales, chopos...arroyos Ideal tambien para ornitologos y amantes de los pajaros en general, por la abundancia de buitres,aguilas, milanos.. En fin, que me faltan palabras para describirlo todo. A la casa no le falta de nada, tiene absolutamente de todo y está decorada con mucho mimo. Isabel, la propietaria, es muy amable. Y los niños se lo han pasado en grande y disfrutaron mucho de los juguetes de la casa. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Jesús 4 Feb 2013 #### Excelente Estuvimos un grupo de personas el fin de semana del 2 de febrero, y quedamos encantados con la casa, pues estaba muy limpia, con todo lo necesario para pasar un maravilloso fin de semana. A la casa no le falta ningún detalle, decorada con muchísimo gusto. Personalmente me sorprendió la eficacia y el bienestar que produce la calefacción geotérmica que posee, era la primera vez que lo probaba y es una gozada. Ya desde el principio Isabel, propietaria de la casa nos llamó y nos informó personalmente de como llegar bien al lugar, y a nuestra llegada ya estaba esperándonos en la puerta, y con la casa caliente, cosa que agradecimos, pues hacia muchísimo frío. Debo insistir en que todo, estaba limpísimo, eso nos sorprendió gratamente a todos. En lo que se refiere a localización, pues decir que tanto Segovia, como La Granja, Sepúlveda y Pedraza están muy cerca, y los desplazamientos son muy pequeños. Tiene todo aquello que uno busca cuando realiza una escapada. La casa está bien situada si lo que quieres es conocer el entorno y al mismo tiempo, dispone de todas las comodidades si lo que quieres es disfrutar de un fin de semana de tranquilidad sin salir de la casa. Destacar la limpieza, las instalaciones, la disponibilidad de la dueña en todo momento,...todo;no le pondría ningún pero. Totalmente recomendable. ##### María G.
