The property is popular due to the view of the forests and its quiet and secluded location on the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue area, and terrace. **Location** Buzet, district of Kotli. The holiday home is located on a 5,000 sqm enclosed garden plot, waterfront property and woodland property with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The entire property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone holiday houses. The complex is suitable for families or for a larger group. The properties IST PAZ 068 (5 persons), IST PAZ 069 (4 persons), IST PAZ 070 (4 persons), IST PAZ 071 (4 persons), IST PAZ 072 (5 persons), IST PAZ 073 (2 persons), IST PAZ 074 (2 persons) and IST PAZ 075 (4 persons) are located on the same plot. It is a place listed under the protection of rural heritage and therefore the entire area is not asphalted. The Mirna flows through the village.
