The holiday home is situated on a 5,000 sqm large, open, enclosed waterside and woodland plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The entire property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone holiday houses. The complex is suitable for families or for a larger group.
