The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the woods and its quiet and secluded location at the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and terrace. Cot available on request. **Your holiday house** **Your holiday house** consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and underfloor heating. Open fireplace. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows: **Ground floor**: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV, DVD and radio. You have access to the 20 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 8 chairs. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, TV, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC. **1st floor**: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 single bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. **Location** Buzet, district of Kotli. The holiday home is located on a 5,000 sqm open, enclosed waterside and forest plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The entire property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone holiday houses. The complex is suitable for families or a larger group.
