One coffee sachet, two tea bags for a 3 day stay. No milk sachets. Very creaky floorboards and you can hear through the walls. Some people dont understand what quiet means. I had to knock on a door and beg a women to be quiet as we and every other person on that level was tring to sleep. The staff were ok .
