The heating controls were awful and the heaters kept switching off, my mum who is 89 was freezing for most of the time. She is also quite small so the beds being so high was an issue and she found it difficult getting in and out during the night. Because it was so cold I could not make use of the bath which I had looked forward to. The gravel front drive was difficult for mum - who needs to use a rollater.
