It was warm and cosy and we appreciated that the heating had been put on prior to our arrival. The apartment is well equipped and the layout of the kitchen/dining area made it a great area to gather. Very dog friendly with a park straight behind the rear of the property, our dog loved dashing about in the snow. A good option of pubs, cafes, shops very close by and Buxton park & Opera were only a 10 minute walk. Ashley gave us a lot of info prior to arrival and was very helpful. We were able to easily walk around Buxton and drive to all the sites we wanted to visit. The apartment was plenty big for the three of us, with a great kitchen for a night in. The beds were comfortable and despite being right on the main road it was very quiet at night. It’s nice to have parking right onsite. We didn’t sit in the garden but it looked like a cozy spot. House was great, had most things you would need, location is good with a few local pubs and too far of a walk into the main town (circa.10mins).
