"Hot tub not working, the water was warm. The room furniture was in poor condition/damaged(I have pictures). My husband and I were very disappointed. We expected better considering the name Doubletree. The room had a very uncomfortable smell coming from the AC unit which became stronger when you turned it to a warm setting. My husband wanted to ask for another room, however I didn't want to go through the hassle considering we were only staying 2 nights and planned to be out most of the day. Very disappointed. I gave it a 3 stars because the hotel overall was clean and staff was friendly "

"unfortunatly, our experience was disappointing. when we pulled back the blanket on the bed, we noticed a personal item left behind from previous guests, which made it clear that the bedding had not beed properly changed on the room. this was quite uncomfortable and concerning for us. in additioon, the breackfast did not seem fresh and overall quality was below our expectation."

"I’ve been staying here for years ,since it was a Holiday Inn, so I’ve seen this place deteriorate. Got a room with a particularly bad mattress and there was a leak causing a very wet area at the side of the bed. The place used to be great but it’s quickly deteriorating with no apparent care to fix it up . It’s sad to see . Parking lot needs repair. ALL CARPETS NEED STEAM CLEANING !!!! Desperately! Truth be told , the only way to save this place is to close it down and completely redo it . That’s why Holiday Inn sold it . They knew that’s what it needed . "

"There were workers in and out of the house all day Saturday due to leaks in a few rooms. No heat on Saturday afternoon until we left on Sunday. Requested some money back and no reply. This was a girls weekend and men coming in and out on Sat and Sunday we did not feel safe. Overall not a good experience at all"

"Well situated property close to village of Nyack. Our host was friendly and accommodating. Having a parking space is a huge plus in this part of town. The apartment is cozy and fit our group comfortably. Be advised that the rooms do not each contain a queen bed; the listing should be updated to specify that they contain a queen, full, and twin, respectively. "

"What a wonderful visit to this gorgeous home. We enjoyed getting to know our very hospitable hosts, a bonus to a restful and very comfortable long weekend. All amenities and super comfy beds were so appreciated. The location cannot be beat - Stay here! "
